Click on the nodes to expand or contract them; right-click brings up a context menu; dragging on the background moves the map around. If you enable the menubar (right-click on the background and select the option) then keyboard accelerators are activated that make browsing easier.

Nodes with little red arrows should, when clicked, open a new browser window with details of the CIP, and there are also links to CIP-specific websites where these are known.

The browser is a cut-down version of the Freemind tool with which you can read the underlying XML file.
